Palitra Media Holding won in a special category of the Waste Management Initiative supported by USAID’s WMTR II program, in the CSR Awards “Meliora 2018.”
Ms. Lauren Russell, the deputy EG director, announced the winning company – Palitra Media Holding – at the award ceremony on December 13.
An independent jury comprised from experienced national and international experts identified the winner of this category.
It was an award for an extraordinary project targeted to reduce the negative environmental impact of waste on the environment and human health and support green economic growth. Within the project, Paper Waste Palitra Media Holding saved up to 85,000 trees.
The USAID WMTR II program is implemented by CENN.
