From June 10, 2019, the EU-financed project, “Water for the Poor,” which is implemented by CENN, began a series of trainings for target municipalities (Akhmeta, Sagarejo, Lagodekhi, Dmanisi, Marneuli, Tetritskaro and Tsalka). The training participants include WASH council members, public schools, education centers and municipality representatives.
The training concerns WASH, grant writing and project management techniques in terms of the human right to water.
As the trainings are over, a grant announcement will be made in which the target municipalities will be able to participate.
The first stage of trainings hosted participants from Marneuli and Dmanisi. The following stages will include the remaining target municipalities.
